We can only accept returned print edition book(s) for a REFUND if it is due to OUR error (ie., wrong book shipped). If we have made an error in your order, you will be reimbursed for your shipping costs, the order itself, and you will receive a 10% discount coupon for your next order with our apologies.
However, if you receive the print edition book(s) you ordered and decide you don't want them, we ask that you email or phone us within 10 days of receiving your order to advise us of this. The book(s) are to be returned at YOUR cost to:
